Eric Flores was saved at the age of 6 years old. He then rededicated his life to Jesus Christ when he was 16. He began serving in the ministry, teaching the Bible, and preaching the gospel, in October 1999 at the age of 17. He also studied at Calvary Chapel Bible College, and graduated in Spring 2002.

He served the youth of Calvary Chapel Upland for 8 years. He served on staff at Calvary Chapel Upland as the Youth Pastor for 4 of those years. He then went and served as a full-time Missionary in Mallorca, Spain for 3 years. He was ordained June 17, 2009. While there, he had the privilege of serving as an Assistant Pastor and teacher at the Bible College. Afterwards, he served as a Missionary in Malaga, Spain for 6 months. He moved to Los Angeles, CA October 1, 2011, with the hopes of planting a church in Venice Beach, CA. Regeneration Church was launched January 4, 2014 in Venice, where Eric served as the Lead Pastor. Eric resigned October 1, 2018 to start a transition period. He handed over the ministry in Venice to his assistant Pastor Jeff Shelp.

The Lord has led him to be a Missionary in Whangarei, New Zealand where he served as an assistant pastor at Calvary Chapel Whangarei from June 2019 to February 2021.

In April 2021 Eric planted a church in Hastings, Calvary Hawkes Bay.  The congregation grew over the next two years.  Eric also started Golgotha Grappling Academy (GGA), a mission of the church.  GGA offered grappling/wrestling classes to youth and adults.  In 2023 one student won a bronze medallion for his age group in the national Freestyle Wrestling tournament.

In June 2023 the Lord led Eric to begin his next mission.  Eric has moved to Western Australia to work with a congregation in Perth.  Calvary Hawkes Bay Church continues to grow and waits for their new permanent pastor. In the interim, Pastor Doug Search from Calvary Hamilton will be supporting and serving the Hawkes Bay flock.
